What are the common problems and solutions of die casting?
I. There are patterns on the surface of the casting and traces of metal flow. Cause:

Adjustment method:
1. Polishing cavity.

3. There are push rod impressions on the surface of the casting, and the surface is not smooth and rough. Cause:
1. The pushing rod (ejector rod) is too long;
2. The surface of the cavity is rough, or there are debris.
Adjustment method:
1. Adjust the length of the push rod.
2, polishing cavity, remove debris and oil.
4. There are cracks or local deformation on the surface of the casting. The causes are as follows:
1. Uneven distribution or insufficient quantity of ejector rod, uneven force:
2, push rod fixed plate deflection when working, resulting in a large force, a small force, so that the product deformation and crack.
3. The wall of the casting is too thin and deformed after shrinkage.
Adjustment method:
1. Increase the number of ejector rods and adjust their distribution position to balance the ejector force of casting.
2. Adjust and reinstall the push-rod fixing plate.
Five. There are pores on the surface of the die casting parts. The causes are as follows:
1. Too much lubricant.

1. The pressure of the die casting machine is not enough, and the injection pressure is too low.
2. The thickness of the feed port is too large;
